Job summary

Amteck is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of building automation projects from design through commissioning and handover. This role reports to the Vice President of Electrical Service and requires coordinating clients, contractors, and vendors to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of PM experience in construction or building services, with deep knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell,

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services
• Experience with BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Metasys) and control systems
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; PMP/PRINCE2 or BCIA certifications are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables; develop schedules, budgets and resource plans
• Oversee BMS design, installation, and commissioning and ensure code compliance
• Manage client and contractor communications, vendor selection and meetings
• Identify risks and implement mitigations; ensure safety and quality standards
• Lead FAT, SAT and IST testing and project closeout
• Manage project financials, forecasts, margins, and change orders
