Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Senior Blower Applications Engineer in Philadelphia. The role blends deep blower technology expertise with strategic sales leadership to expand our water and wastewater solutions, focusing on Hoffman & Lamson equipment.
You will partner with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to drive revenue and win complex projects. The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in applications engineering or technical sales, strong knowledge of multistage blowers and system
Qualifications
- 12+ years in applications engineering or technical sales in water & wastewater.
- Experience selling complex engineered and configured systems.
- Experience with EPCs, GC's, and municipal/industrial markets.
- Deep knowledge of blower technologies and system integration.
- Understanding of PLC/SCADA controls and disturbances.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy for high-value sales opportunities.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with engineers, EPCs, OEMs, and end users.
- Develop optimized solutions and lead executive-level technical discussions.
- Mentor sales teams and collaborate on product roadmaps.
- Support revenue growth, pipeline forecast, and upsell opportunities.
- Deliver technical proposals, cost estimates, and value-based solutions.
- Represent company at industry events when needed.
