Qualifications
- 12+ years in applications engineering or technical sales; senior level
- Experience selling complex engineered systems in water & wastewater
- Proven ability to close high-value deals and interface with EPCs, contractors, and customers
- Basic understanding of controls systems (PLC/SCADA) and system integration
Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy for complex, high-value sales opportunities
- Build trusted relationships with engineers, EPCs, OEMs, and end users
- Serve as technical authority for blower technologies and systems
- Collaborate with Product Management on VOC and roadmaps
- Provide training and technical guidance to customers and internal teams
- Drive pipeline growth and identify expansion opportunities
