Job summary

Ingersoll Rand seeks a Senior Blower Applications Engineer to lead complex engineered solutions in water and wastewater markets. You will partner with Sales to shape win strategies, act as a technical authority on blower technologies, and drive revenue growth through valued-based proposals and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires deep knowledge of multistage centrifugal, turbo, regenerative and screw blowers, plus controls integration and system optimization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in applications engineering or technical sales—Sr level.
• Experience selling complex engineered systems in water & wastewater applications.
• Proven success closing high-value deals with engineers, EPCs, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy for high-value sales opportunities.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with engineers, EPCs, OEMs, and end users.
• Serve as technical authority for blower technologies and systems.
• Collaborate with Product Management on VOC and roadmaps; mentor teams.
• Provide training and guidance to customers and internal teams.
