Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Senior Blower Applications Engineer to lead technical strategy and complex engineered solutions for water and wastewater markets. You will partner with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to drive revenue growth and customer success across municipal and industrial projects.

The role requires deep knowledge of multistage centrifugal blowers, high-speed turbo blowers, regenerative blowers, and related controls integration, with a focus on Hoffman & Lamson

Qualifications

12+ years in applications engineering or technical sales, Sr level recommended.
Proven experience selling complex engineered systems in water and wastewater.
Strong understanding of municipal and industrial treatment processes.
Experience with EPCs/General Contractors and end users in industrial/municipal markets.

Responsibilities

Lead technical strategy for high-value sales opportunities.
Engage customers and partners to define win strategies and value propositions.
Develop and present technically-robust, costed proposals and forecasts.
Mentor Sales Engineering and Sales Teams across projects.
Provide post-sale oversight and drive long-term customer success.
