Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Senior Blower Applications Engineer to drive complex engineered solutions in the water and wastewater sector, focusing on blower systems and Hoffman & Lamson equipment. You will influence customer decisions early, partner with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering, and deliver value-based outcomes.

The role requires deep knowledge of multistage centrifugal blowers, high-speed turbo blowers, and system optimization, with a track record of technical sales success

Qualifications

• 12+ years in applications engineering or technical sales.
• Experience with water & wastewater systems.
• Proven track record closing high-value deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy for high‑value sales opportunities.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with engineers, EPCs, OEMs, and end users.
• Represent technical authority across blower technologies and systems.
• Collaborate with Product Management on VOC and roadmaps, mentor teams.
• Provide training and guidance to customers and internal teams.
• Drive pipeline growth and identify expansion opportunities.
