Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Senior Blower Applications Engineer to expand our water and wastewater solutions. You will blend deep blower technology expertise with strategic sales leadership, engaging EPCs, OEMs, and end users to drive complex, value-based solutions.

You will act as a technical authority across multistage centrifugal, rotary lobe, screw, and high-speed turbo blowers, coordinating with Product Management and Engineering to win key opportunities and grow revenue.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in applications engineering or technical sales in water/wastewater industries.
• Experience selling complex engineered systems to EPCs, GC’s, and end users.
• Proven success closing high-value deals and driving technical wins.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy for high-value opportunities and define win strategies.
• Engage customers and markets; build trusted advisor relationships and influence specifications.
• Architect technical solutions; serve as SME for blower technologies and system integration.
• Mentor sales teams and collaborate on product roadmaps and life-cycle management.
• Provide training and technical guidance to customers and internal teams.
• Drive revenue growth, pipeline, forecast accuracy, and upsell opportunities.
