Qualifications

• Record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts
• Experience selling into multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers
• Long consultative sales cycles with several decision makers
• Prefer closing business over managing people

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for large, multi-location deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close over 3–12 months
• Engage with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders at the table
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after a signature
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build compelling proposals for key deals
