Qualifications

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in mobile financial services, fintech, or payments.
• Track record of new business acquisition and revenue growth in outbound sales.
• Experience selling to financial institutions and knowledge of regulatory environment.
• Ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders and negotiate deals.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business across target US markets and strategic accounts.
• Drive consultative, value-led proposals addressing customer needs.
• Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline and multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close and handover.
• Develop business cases and commercial proposals that articulate outcomes.
• Maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders across functions.
• Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance teams.
