Ericsson is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across our Mobile Financial Services portfolio in North America. This hybrid role requires face-to-face collaboration several days weekly and a proven ability to close multi-million-dollar deals with financial institutions and fintech clients.

You will build executive relationships, craft value-led propositions, and coordinate across product, delivery, and legal teams to win and scale strategic engagements.

Formación

• 8–12 years enterprise sales experience in fintech/payments.
• Proven track record of winning complex, high-value deals.
• Ability to engage executives and build strategic partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Generate net-new business with proactive outreach and strategic targeting.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close and handover.
• Develop business cases and proposals that articulate outcomes.
• Maintain high-quality pipeline and forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal and finance.
