Job summary

Ericsson is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth for Mobile Financial Services in North America. You will open accounts, shape multi-million-dollar opportunities, and position Ericsson as a strategic partner for digital financial infrastructure.

You will manage governance with internal teams, nurture C-level relationships, and ensure CRM accuracy while traveling about 50% of the time to client sites and events.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in MFS, fintech, or payments.
• Proven track record of new business acquisition and revenue growth.
• Ability to close complex, high-value deals and engage execs.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business across USA market segments.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close and handover to delivery.
• Develop business cases and value narratives for customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance teams to shape and win deals.
• Represent Ericsson at key industry events and client engagements.
