Job summary

Composites One LLC is seeking a strategic Business Development leader to drive growth in the Advanced Resins line. You will develop and execute plans, analyze market trends, and strengthen critical customer and supplier partnerships.

You will provide key technical and commercial support, coordinate with Sales and Product teams, and deliver training and tools. Travel up to 70% and a base plus performance bonus are offered as part of a growth-oriented role.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Composites or Chemical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years in technical/business development or related role focused on Advanced Resins.
Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn internal systems like Incorta and SAP.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual business development plans to position C1 as premier partner.
Research market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Cultivate customer and supplier relationships to drive revenue and margin growth.
Provide technical and commercial support for Advanced Resins product category.
Coordinate with Sales Managers for strategic customer interactions.
Deliver training and supporting tools for Commercial Teams.
Participate in industry trade shows and associations.
