Job summary
Composites One LLC seeks a Senior Business Development & Growth Strategy leader to develop and execute an annual plan, shaping partnerships with customers and suppliers in the Advanced Resins space. You will analyze markets, drive revenue and margin growth, and lead cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable growth initiatives while representing the company at industry events.
This remote role requires up to 70% travel, including international travel, and offers a base salary with
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in technical/business development/B2B marketing in Advanced Resins.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Composites or Chemical Engineering.
- Technical expertise in Advanced Resins (pDCPD, Epoxy, Curatives, Urethanes).
- Strong ability to develop and execute growth strategies and build relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual business development plan for C1 in the specified product line.
- Research market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers and suppliers to drive revenue and margins.
- Provide technical and commercial support to Sales Managers and Customers.
- Deliver technical training and tools for Commercial Teams and participate in industry events.
