Job summary
Composites One LLC seeks a Business Development Manager – Advanced Resins to drive growth and profitability. You will be the technical expert on advanced resins including pDCPD, Epoxy, Curatives, and Urethanes, and train Commercial and Technical Teams to expand current business and win new opportunities.

Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in technical/business development or related field focused on Advanced Resins.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Composites or Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical expertise in Advanced Resins (pDCPD, Epoxy, Curatives, Urethanes) and the ability to provide effective training.
- Proven ability to develop and execute business development strategies that support customer needs and drive growth.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an annual business development plan to position C1 as a premier partner for customers and suppliers.
- Build and strengthen customer and supplier relationships to drive revenue and profitability.
- Provide technical and commercial support and train commercial teams; attend trade shows as needed.
- Collaborate with Product Manager and cross-functional teams on market strategies and pricing.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics, inventory and profitability.
