Job summary

Composites One LLC seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager for the Advanced Resins line. You will drive growth by collaborating with Product Managers, Commercial and Technical teams, and suppliers, serving as the technical expert, and training teams to capture new business.

You will lead BD strategy, partner with sales, and travel locally and internationally to engage customers and suppliers, while steering profitability and market expansion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical/business development or related role focused on Advanced Resins.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Composites or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Technical expertise in Advanced Resins (pDCPD, Epoxy, Curatives, Urethanes) and ability to train teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual business development plan to position Composites One as a premier partner for customers and suppliers.
• Research, analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Serve as primary technical and commercial resource for the Advanced Resins category and support sales teams.
