Job summary

Composites One LLC seeks a senior Business Development professional to lead growth strategy and partnerships for Advanced Resins. You will shape annual plans, analyze market trends, and drive revenue through strong Customer and Supplier relationships.

The role involves coordinating with Product Managers, Sales, and Technical teams, and traveling up to 70% to visit customers, shows, and suppliers. Remote work is supported with robust reporting and tools.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in a technical, business development, B2B marketing, composites engineering, or related role focused on Advanced Resins.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Composites or Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Technical expertise in Advanced Resins, including pDCPD, Epoxy, Curatives, Urethanes, and related technologies.
Proven ability to develop and execute business development strategies that drive growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute an annual business development plan to position C1 as the premier partner for Customers and Suppliers within the specified product line.
Research, analyze, and monitor the product category, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
