Job summary
Composites One LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager – Advanced Resins to drive growth across pDCPD, Epoxy, Curatives, Urethanes, and related technologies. You will partner with Product Management, Commercial, Technical Teams, Operations, and Suppliers to expand revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Composites, or Chemical Engineering.
- Technical expertise in Advanced Resins including pDCPD, Epoxy, Curatives and Urethanes.
- Proven ability to develop and execute business development strategies.
- Strong ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers, OEMs, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual business development plans.
- Recommend pricing strategies to improve profitability and market share.
- Provide technical training and support to commercial teams.
- Travel to visit customers and suppliers to gather needs and opportunities.
- Transform market data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
