Job summary

Composites One LLC is seeking a senior business development professional to lead growth in the Advanced Resins category. You will develop plans, analyze markets, and strengthen Customer and Supplier relationships to drive revenue and margin.

The role combines technical expertise with commercial leadership, requiring collaboration across Sales, Product, Supply Chain, and Management. Remote work is offered with substantial travel obligations.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical, business development, B2B marketing, or related role focused on Advanced Resins.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Composites or Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Technical expertise in Advanced Resins (pDCPD, Epoxy, Curatives, Urethanes, and related technologies).
Ability to develop and execute business development strategies to support customer needs and growth.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, OEMs, and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with data translation ability.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual business development plan to position C1 as premier partner for Customers and Suppliers.
Research market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
Strengthen key Customer and Supplier relationships to drive revenue and satisfaction.
Provide technical and commercial support for Advanced Resins product category.
Coordinate strategic Customer and Supplier interactions with Sales and Commercial Teams.
Visit key Customers with Sellers to provide technical and product information.
