STV is seeking a Billing Specialist for our Project Accounting group. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and can be located in Douglassville, PA; Newark, NJ; Lawrenceville, NJ; Dallas, TX or Frisco, TX.

You will draft invoices, audit billing data, review contracts, and coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate, timely invoicing across an assigned portfolio. Strong Excel skills and 5+ years in accounting are expected.

Qualificações

• HS/GED diploma required or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong planning, organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Draft project invoices accurately per contract terms for assigned projects.
• Audit the accuracy of billing information in EO and ERP at project setup.
• Review contracts, modifications, terms of compensation, and invoicing details.
• With Billing Supervisor, create invoicing templates to meet contract needs.
• Route invoices for approval to Project Analyst/PM before finalizing.
• Maintain document control of work-in-progress and final invoices.
• Request reinstatement of invoices as needed with no unallocated credits.
• Ensure WIP aligns with revenue and report to Project Analyst as needed.
• Develop billing solutions and work with systems design on features.
• Submit invoices to clients or portals as requested.
• Support invoicing of retention balances as directed by PM/analyst.
• Assist in annual or end-of-project overhead audits reconciliation.
• Advise AR on cash receipt application to correct project/invoice.
