STV is seeking a Billing Specialist for our Project Accounting group, with a hybrid work model (3 days in office) and locations including Newark, NJ and Lawrenceville, NJ. The position involves portfolio-based invoicing, collaboration with project analysts and billing staff to ensure accurate, timely invoices.

The role requires a minimum of 5+ years of related experience, a HS/GED diploma, and strong Excel skills. Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field preferred.

• HS/GED diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business admin preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of related billing/accounting experience.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Draft project invoices accurately per contract terms.
• Audit billing data in ERP during project setup.
• Review contracts and change orders for billing terms.
• Create invoicing templates meeting contract requirements.
• Route invoices for approval and maintain invoice files.
• Support year-end reconciliations and cash applications.
• Assist with client invoicing as needed.
