Qualifications

• 3+ years of billing experience, with senior/lead responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of billing procedures, coding, and AR processes.
• Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
• Experience with insurance billing or third-party payers is a plus.
• HS diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's in Accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Review, prepare, and submit invoices to clients and third-party payers.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances and collections.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and payment disputes.
• Maintain and update billing records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing data integrity and workflow efficiency.
• Generate and analyze billing reports to support financial decision-making.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior billing staff as needed.
