Qualifications

• Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee end-to-end billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Review, prepare, and submit invoices to clients and third-party payers
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances and collections
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and payment disputes
• Maintain and update billing records and documentation in compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing data integrity and workflow efficiency
• Generate and analyze billing reports to support financial decision-making
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior billing staff as needed
