Job summary

LHH is seeking a Senior Billing Analyst to support end-to-end billing for complex, project-based client engagements, ensuring invoices are accurate and timely in line with contractual terms.

The role partners with project managers, account teams, and business leaders to review activity, resolve issues, and analyze project financials to support cash flow objectives while driving process improvements across the revenue cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of client billing experience in a client services, construction or professional services environment.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end billing for complex, project-based client engagements, ensuring invoices are accurate and timely.
• Partner with project managers, account teams, and business leaders to review project activity and resolve billing issues.
• Analyze project financials, budgets, rates, and WIP to identify opportunities and support cash flow objectives.
• Serve as the primary billing contact for a portfolio of high-value clients and ensure invoicing compliance.
• Lead billing process improvements and system enhancements across the revenue cycle.
