Job summary

LHH is seeking a Senior Billing Analyst to support end-to-end billing for complex, project-based client engagements, ensuring invoices are accurate and timely in line with contractual terms.

The role partners with project managers, account teams, and business leaders to review activity, resolve issues, and analyze project financials to support cash flow objectives while driving process improvements across the revenue cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of client billing experience in a client services, construction or professional services environment.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.

LHH has an immediate search for a Senior Billing Analyst who will assist with the billing functions, ensuring accurate and timely client accounting and billing.

This role requires a strong level of analytical skills and somebody who enjoys complex billing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist on end-to-end billing for complex, project-based client engagements, ensuring invoices are accurate, timely, and aligned with contractual terms, milestones, and client requirements.
• Partner closely with project managers, account teams, and business leaders to review project activity, resolve billing issues, and provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze project financials, budgets, rates, and work-in-progress (WIP) balances to identify billing opportunities, minimize revenue leakage, and support cash flow objectives.
• Serve as the primary billing contact for a portfolio of high-value clients, addressing inquiries, interpreting contract terms, and ensuring compliance with client-specific invoicing guidelines.
• Lead billing process improvements and system enhancements, helping streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and increase operational efficiency across the revenue cycle.
