Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits in New Orleans seeks a Sales Consultant to visit customers, conduct consultative sales conversations, and grow revenue through trusted relationships.

You will develop customer growth plans, identify selling opportunities, and maintain CRM records; travel as needed and stay current with SGWS products. This role emphasizes data‑driven selling, collaboration with suppliers, and delivering best‑in‑class service to drive base and incremental sales.

Qualificações

• 21 years or older.
• Able to analyze and understand data and information.
• Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties and responsibilities.
• Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals.
• Proficient in using mobile devices and online communication techniques in a professional manner.
• Able to travel as needed.
• Must possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust.
• Discover and identify customer business growth needs.
• Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a pipeline of selling opportunities.
• Analyze data and insights to increase sales and grow customer business.
• Plan account visits with agendas and selling opportunities, documented in CRM.
• Prioritize sales activities to achieve objectives based on growth plans.
• Visit accounts regularly and document visit notes in CRM.
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and present them effectively.
• Propose selling solutions and win the sale using consultative selling skills.
• Meet internal objectives and support supplier goals as prioritized.
