Job summary

Trimble Inc. in the United States seeks a Business Development Representative to bridge marketing and sales for Transporeon and Trimble's transportation technology solutions. You will directly contribute to building our North America sales pipeline and partner networks.

You will identify opportunities through inbound/outbound prospecting, conduct discovery calls and demonstrations, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to tailor messaging for key industry verticals. Remote‑US with 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Proactive inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting.
• Conduct initial discovery calls and demonstrations to identify customer needs and transitions to sales.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to analyze market trends and craft compelling messaging for key industry verticals.
• Engage with global team members across international time zones to align on pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and nurture new sales opportunities through proactive inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting.
• Conduct initial discovery calls and demonstrations to identify customer needs, qualify prospects, and seamlessly transition deals to sales representatives.
• Partner closely with Marketing and Sales to analyze market trends, craft compelling messaging, and drive strategic outreach in key industry verticals.
