Job summary

One Model Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to build and scale our global BDR function. You will lead both outsourced and internal BDR teams, define cadence and standards, and drive qualified revenue opportunities through outbound and inbound programs.

You will coach, mentor, and hands-on contribute—staying close to the work while shaping strategy, metrics, and processes that fuel growth and cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of outbound business development experience, including leadership of a BDR/SDR team.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage pipeline framework, KPIs, and reporting to consistently exceed targets.
• Own BDR metrics end-to-end, including dashboards and data hygiene.
• Forecast weekly pipelines to BDR/SDR teams and leadership.
• QA BDR outreach using AI tools to scale coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to drive outbound and inbound motion for opportunities.
• Mentor and develop the BDR team, recording playbooks for scalable onboarding.
• Foster an engaged, productive, inclusive team culture.
