Crafty is seeking a Manager, Business Development to lead the BDR team and drive national pipeline generation. You will recruit, onboard, train, coach, and manage performance while partnering with Sales, Marketing and RevOps to optimize outbound strategies and overall team effectiveness.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in business development or sales, 1+ year in management, and a proven track record of meeting pipeline targets.
