Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across our Mobile Financial Services portfolio in North America. This hybrid role requires building a strategic pipeline, leading end-to-end sales cycles, and forging executive relationships with financial institutions and fintechs.

You will craft compelling business cases, position Ericsson as a strategic partner, and collaborate with product, pre-sales, and delivery teams to close multi‑million‑dollar deals

Qualifications

8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in Mobile Financial Services, fintech, or payments.
Proven track record in new business acquisition and revenue growth.
Experience closing complex, high‑value deals with executives.

Responsibilities

Generate net-new business across USA and target segments.
Drive consultative, value-led selling aligned to customer priorities.
Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline and leadership of end-to-end sales cycles.
Develop business cases and commercial proposals that articulate outcomes and Ericsson differentiation.
Foster C-level relationships across business and technology functions.
Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal and finance to win deals.
