Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Business Development Strategy & Operations Specialist in Sterling, VA to lead CRM optimization, create executive-level reports, and support planning and forecasting with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes data governance, process improvement, and effective stakeholder communication. You will manage projects under the Director of BD Strategy & Operations, driving growth initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program/project management, business operations, consulting, or related field.
• Experience developing executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and business communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to mid-sized workstreams focused on CRM optimization and reporting enhancements.
• Support growth initiatives, market planning, and business priorities via data gathering and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to support revenue forecasting and performance reporting.
• Partner with IT and stakeholders to support CRM governance, testing, data quality, and adoption.
