Rosendin is seeking a Senior Business Development Strategy & Operations Specialist in the United States. You will lead CRM optimization, support growth initiatives, and collaborate across Finance, IT, and Operations to drive revenue forecasting and performance reporting.

The role requires strong project management and analytical skills, with experience in CRM platforms and executive communications. Travel up to 20% may be required as part of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of program/project management or related experience.
• Strong planning, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and communicate with all levels.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting business data.
• Experience creating executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and business communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Experience with CRM platforms, reporting tools, or project management software.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to mid-sized workstreams on CRM optimization, reporting enhancements, and process improvements.
• Support strategy and BD leadership in growth initiatives and market planning by data gathering and drafting presentations.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to support revenue forecasting and performance reporting.
• Partner with IT and stakeholders to support CRM governance, system enhancements, and user adoption.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and governance documentation to improve visibility and accountability.
• Prepare analyses and recommendations to support business planning and leadership decisions.
• Coordinate project activities, maintain project plans, and develop communications and training materials.
