Job summary

SRC, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, BD Operations to lead BD analysts, capture specialists, and proposal teams. You will guide the full lifecycle from opportunity identification through capture strategy, proposal development, gate reviews, and pipeline management.

You will mentor a growing BD Operations group, ensure accurate data across Salesforce and GovDash, and align budgets, processes, and tools to drive competitive performance for DoD and international programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in business development, capture management, and proposal leadership.
• 5+ years in a managerial role leading BD operations teams.
• Proven ability to drive capture strategies and win rates using best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the full BD lifecycle from opportunity identification to pursuit management.
• Oversee BD Operations team with budgets, staffing, tools, and processes to maximize ROI.
• Mentor BD staff and ensure compliance with Shipley methodologies and best practices.
