Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in program/project management, business operations, consulting, or related field.
• Strong planning, organization, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across departments and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills to organize, interpret, and communicate business information.
• Experience developing executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and business communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Hands-on Salesforce experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead small to mid-sized workstreams focused on CRM optimization, reporting enhancements, and process improvements.
• Support strategy and leadership in growth initiatives, market planning, and priorities by data gathering and presentations.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations on revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and dashboards.
• Document requirements, coordinate testing, monitor data quality, and troubleshoot issues with IT.
• Develop KPIs, scorecards, and governance documentation to improve visibility and accountability.
• Prepare analyses and recommendations to support planning and leadership decisions.
• Coordinate project activities, develop communications and training materials, and track adoption metrics.
