Job summary

We. is seeking a Business Development Senior Specialist to partner with the BD team in sourcing leads, researching opportunities, and qualifying prospects.

You will support prioritized RFPs, manage outreach, and help drive opportunities through a full sales cycle with cross-functional teams. This role requires 3-5+ years in communications, strong project management, and excellent presentation and consulting skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years communications industry experience required.
• Strong demonstrated project management skills.
• Strong presentation and consulting skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities against agency criteria and manage inbound opportunities.
• Support proactive pursuits by coordinating target lists, outreach, and direct engagement.
• Provide strategic counsel to internal clients to progress opportunities through to completion and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage the sales cycle from qualification to RFI/RFP development to pitch, including status updates and timeline adherence.
• Coordinate with BD research/design teams and other resources as needed at various stages.
