Rosendin is seeking a Sr. Director, Talent to lead talent management, succession planning, calibrations, and workforce planning across the enterprise. You will partner with HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders to build scalable talent pipelines and organizational design.

This role sits on the People Leadership Team and reports to the VP of People. You will drive people-process improvements, develop enterprise-wide standards, and provide strategic advisory support to senior leadership as Rosendin

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience with 5+ years leading teams.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-level succession planning, calibrations, and talent pools.
• Experience in organizational design, career pathways, and workforce planning.
• Strong advisory skills to partner with senior leadership and drive strategy.

Responsabilités

• Lead talent management, including succession planning, calibrations, and talent pools.
• Partner with the VP of People and executives to support enterprise people priorities.
• Develop talent frameworks, organizational design, and career pathways.
• Drive process improvements to scale HR operations and efficiency.
• Represent the VP of People in select forums and initiatives.
