Rosendin is recruiting a Senior Business Development Strategy & Operations Specialist in the United States. You will drive CRM optimization, implement reporting enhancements, and support cross‑functional governance.

This role partners with Finance, IT, and Operations to forecast revenue, analyze pipelines, and deliver dashboards for leadership decisions. Ideal candidates have a strong background in program management, business operations, and stakeholder communication, with experience in CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of program/project management, business operations, consulting, or related field.
• Strong planning, organization, and project management skills with multiple priorities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build cross‑functional relationships and communicate with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills for organizing, interpreting, and communicating business information.
• Experience developing executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and business communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM platforms, reporting tools, or project management software.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to mid-sized workstreams on CRM optimization, reporting, process improvements, and business operations.
• Support strategy and leadership in growth initiatives, market planning, and priorities with data and planning materials.
• Collaborate with Finance and Ops on revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and dashboards.
• Partner with IT and stakeholders on CRM governance, system enhancements, and user adoption.
• Develop KPIs, scorecards, and governance docs to improve visibility and accountability.
• Prepare analyses and recommendations to support leadership decisions with trend findings.
• Coordinate projects, training materials, and progress tracking for change management.
