Job summary

SRC, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Business Development Operations to lead BD analysts, capture specialists, and proposal teams.

You will drive the full BD lifecycle and ensure opportunities and proposals are tracked and delivered using best-in-class processes and enterprise tools like Salesforce and GovDash. Reporting to the AVP of Business Development, you will mentor a team that supports BD directors and operations managers, oversee budgets, and maintain pipeline health and

Qualifications

• 15+ years progressive experience in business development, capture management, and proposal leadership.
• 5+ years in a managerial role leading BD teams.
• Proven track record winning federal proposals and DoD programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BD lifecycle from opportunity identification to pursuit management.
• Oversee the BD Operations team, budgets, tools, and resources.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes to boost win rates.
• Mentor BD Operations staff and enforce disciplined processes.
• Manage the capture process and advise on bid/nobid decisions.
• Maintain BD policies, dashboards, and pipeline visibility.
• Serve as top Salesforce administrator and ensure accurate data entry.
• Report pipeline and orders forecasts to executives.
