Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Business Development Manager – North America to accelerate growth in Food & Beverage across the US and Canada. This role focuses on acquiring new customers, recovering inactive accounts, and building recurring revenue.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and procurement, manage opportunities from qualification to order, and travel up to 70%. Reports to the Director of Sales, North America. Experience with Salesforce is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience with technical products.
• Experience prospecting, developing, and acquiring new industrial customers.
• Experience managing opportunities from qualification through negotiations and order conversion.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new customers across the US and Canada to expand the base.
• Develop and execute targeted acquisition and win-back strategies.
• Engage decision-makers to match filtration/separation needs with solutions.
• Lead opportunities from initial engagement to order, coordinating with regional teams.
• Build a qualified pipeline and provide market intelligence for growth.
