Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Business Development Manager for North America to accelerate growth by acquiring new customers and reviving inactive accounts across the United States and Canada. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify needs and build recurring revenue opportunities.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, North America – Food & Beverage, you will manage a full-cycle sales process, travel up to 70%, and contribute to a high-performing NA sales

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development with technical products or manufacturing solutions (filtration experience preferred).
• Experience prospecting, developing, and acquiring new industrial/manufacturing customers.
• Experience managing opportunities from qualification through negotiation and order conversion.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM to manage opportunities and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and pursue prospects with no existing purchasing relationship to expand the NA customer base.
• Develop and execute acquisition and win-back strategies, including prospecting and competitive assessments.
• Engage decision-makers to identify filtration needs and craft technical and commercial solutions.
• Lead opportunities from engagement through evaluations, negotiations, and orders with regional teams.
• Build a qualified pipeline and provide market intelligence to inform growth strategies.
