Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Business Development Manager for North America. The role focuses on growing the Food & Beverage business across the United States and Canada, acquiring new customers and reviving inactive accounts.

You will engage with engineering, operations, procurement, and other decision-makers to deliver technical and commercial solutions while traveling up to ~70% of the time. A bachelor’s degree and 5 years of B2B sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development in technical/industrial sectors.
• Experience prospecting and acquiring new customers.
• Experience managing sales opportunities from qualification to order.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new North American Pall customer opportunities.
• Develop and execute customer acquisition and win-back strategies.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to identify filtration/separation needs.
• Lead opportunities through evaluation, negotiation and orders.
• Maintain qualified pipeline and provide market intelligence.
