Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Business Development Manager for North America to drive growth in the Food & Beverage segment across the US and Canada. The role is field-based with remote coverage and requires strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.

You will identify opportunities, engage cross-functional teams, and manage the sales lifecycle from qualification to order.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience with technical products.
• Experience prospecting, developing, and acquiring new industrial customers.
• Experience managing opportunities through qualification, negotiation, and order conversion.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and pursue prospective customers with no existing purchasing relationship to Pall or with previously lost accounts.
• Develop and execute targeted customer acquisition and win-back strategies, including prospecting and qualification.
• Engage engineering, operations, procurement, and other decision-makers to identify filtration needs and craft solutions.
• Lead opportunities from initial engagement through evaluations, negotiations, and orders with cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain a qualified new-business pipeline and provide market intelligence to support growth.
