Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Business Development Manager – North America to accelerate growth in Food & Beverage by acquiring new customers and recovering inactive accounts across the United States and Canada. You will engage engineering, operations, and procurement to drive solutions.

The role reports to the Director of Sales, North America – Food & Beverage and covers the continental US and Canada, with remote work options and significant travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM for pipeline forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and pursue prospective customers across the United States and Canada.
• Develop and execute targeted customer acquisition and win-back strategies.
• Engage stakeholders to identify filtration and separation needs and propose solutions.
• Lead opportunities from engagement through negotiations to order conversion.
• Maintain a qualified new-business pipeline and provide market intelligence.
