Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Business Development Manager – North America. You will accelerate growth in the Food & Beverage segment by acquiring new customers and re-engaging inactive accounts across the United States and Canada.

You will partner with sales, engineering, and procurement to identify filtration needs, coach opportunities through evaluations, negotiations, and orders, and drive recurring revenue. Remote-friendly role with up to 70% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development with technical products, industrial equipment or manufacturing solutions.
• Demonstrated experience prospecting, developing, and acquiring new industrial customers.
• Experience managing opportunities from qualification through negotiation and order conversion.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM to manage opportunities and pipeline forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new customers, including unpenetrated and previously inactive accounts, to expand the North America base.
• Develop and execute targeted customer acquisition and win-back strategies, including prospecting, relationship-building, and competitive assessments.
• Engage engineering, operations, procurement, and other decision-makers to identify filtration needs and craft technical/commercial solutions.
• Lead opportunities from initial engagement through evaluations, negotiations, and orders, coordinating with regional teams.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline and provide market intelligence to support growth strategies.
