Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Business Development Manager for North America to accelerate growth across the US and Canada.

In this individual contributor role, you will identify new customers, recover inactive accounts, develop win-back strategies, and manage opportunities from qualification to order, using Salesforce to track pipeline and forecast performance. Travel ~70% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development with technical products.
• Experience prospecting, developing, and acquiring new industrial customers.
• Experience managing opportunities from qualification to order conversion.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and pursue prospective customers with no existing purchasing relationship to expand the NA customer base.
• Develop and execute targeted customer acquisition and win-back strategies and qualify opportunities.
• Engage engineers, operations, procurement and other decision-makers to identify filtration needs and craft solutions.
• Lead opportunities from engagement through evaluations, negotiations, and orders with regional teams.
• Build a qualified pipeline and provide market intelligence to support long-term growth.
