Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Business Development Manager – North America to accelerate growth in the Food & Beverage unit across the US and Canada. You will identify new customers, win back inactive accounts, and build a robust pipeline, collaborating with engineering, procurement and regional sales teams.

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of B2B tech/industrial sales, Salesforce experience, and willingness to travel ~70%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience involving technical products.
• Experience prospecting and acquiring new industrial customers.
• Experience managing sales opportunities from qualification through negotiation to order.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue prospective customers with no existing relationship.
• Develop and execute targeted acquisition and win-back strategies.
• Engage decision-makers to identify filtration and separation needs and develop solutions.
• Lead opportunities from initial engagement through evaluation, negotiation, and orders with teams.
• Build and maintain a new-business pipeline and provide market intelligence.
