Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Director of Business Development for Roofing to own the largest multi-location deals, from initial meeting to signed contracts. This is an individual-contributor seat with no direct reports, focused on multi-market roofing accounts and high-value opportunities.

You will close large, multi-location deals across markets within 3–12 months, guided by inbound leads and our sales development team, with expansion to more locations and services after signing.

Qualifications

• Track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to roofing groups or multi-location buyers in marketing or agency services.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for large multi-location roofing accounts from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Sell to owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at multi-location groups.
• Expand: add more locations and services once a group signs.
