Technology Service Corporation Defense Services seeks a Business Development professional focused on capture to support Airborne ISR programs. You will cover market assessment, opportunity forecasting, capture management and proposal writing while collaborating with Operations, Program, Pricing, and Technical teams.

Travel up to 50% with a focus on prospective customers; remote working options are available.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in Airborne ISR solutions with government or industry experience.
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Certification, training, or degree related to business development or capture.
• Proven ability to work across cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
• Experience researching, analyzing data, and producing written reports.
• Ability to draft white papers, presentations, and FAR-compliant proposals.
• Experience in pricing, bid/proposal, or capture activities.

Responsabilidades

• Within the first six months, gain an understanding of the assigned P&L's vision, mission and strategies.
• Develop subject matter expertise in AISR products and services.
• Lead the hunt and identify new opportunities aligned to Airborne ISR capabilities.
• Engage proactively with prospective customers and track activities.
• Produce drafts and obtain approvals for marketing material and proposals.
• Develop materials illustrating Concepts of Operations using P&L SMEs and marketing resources.
• Manage the opportunity pipeline under leadership guidance.
• Analyze RFPs to guide inputs for compliant, compelling bids.
• Lead and manage all assigned proposal activities to win.
• Develop and retain key government and industry partnerships.
