Job summary

TSC is seeking a Business Development professional focused on capture for Airborne ISR Products & Services. You will drive market assessment, forecasting opportunities, and proposal writing, coordinating with Operations, Programs, and Pricing to pursue critical path awards in line with the business plan.

Travel up to 50% is required, with remote working options available. As a leader in the BD domain, you will build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, develop win

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; 5+ years in Airborne ISR solutions with gov’t or industry.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Formal certification, training or degree tied to business development, capture or bid/proposal.

Responsibilities

• Understand P&L vision, mission, and strategies within six months.
• Develop subject matter expertise in Airborne ISR products and services.
• Lead hunt for new opportunities; engage prospective customers and track activities.
• Produce draft marketing material, white papers and presentations to influence decisions.
• Manage P&L opportunity pipeline under leadership oversight.
• Analyze drafts of RFPs to guide inputs for compliant, compelling proposals.
• Lead proposal activities and win-focused execution.
• Develop and retain government and industry partnerships.
