Job summary

Early Warning seeks a Sr. Business Development Executive for the Paze digital checkout and wallet services in the US. This hunter role sources leads, builds a pipeline, and closes merchant deals with banks, acquirers, PSPs, and merchants.

The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, thought leadership at industry events, and feedback to product and marketing teams to grow Paze in the US market. Hybrid roles available in major cities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field.
• Experience in obtaining meetings with key decision-makers (C-level) in banking, fintech, eCommerce.
• 8+ years in consultative/strategic sales in merchant payments/eCommerce/fintech.
• 3+ years in eCommerce or wallet/alternative payment sales to enterprise merchants.
• Proven quota achievement in high-growth markets.
• Strong consultative, conceptual and strategic selling and negotiating skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Hands-on, self-driven with strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell Paze product/solution to targeted US merchants and resellers.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Present value of Paze to stakeholders and sign agreements.
• Inform go-to-market adaptations to drive early adoption.
• Coordinate account plans with partners and align with sales playbooks.
• Maintain detailed CRM records in Salesforce for forecasting.
• Provide market and voice-of-customer insights to product/marketing.
• Support risk management and confidential handling of data.
