Job summary

Clarity Innovations seeks a Business Development Executive to lead BD for USAF/USSF markets across multiple locations in the United States. You will develop market plans, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive opportunities from capture to contract awards in a fast-paced defense environment.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, capture, program management and/or related roles within the Government or Government Contracting industry, with a focus on the USAF and USSF community.
• Proven track record of success in identifying, pursuing, and winning government contracts and task orders.
• Deep understanding of the federal acquisition process, contract vehicles and standalone contract opportunities, as well as acquisition trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for USAF and USSF customers, including yearly Market Plans.
• Represent the company at industry events to promote brand awareness and foster connections.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders across USAF and USSF communities to advance growth objectives.
• Lead capture processes for strategic opportunities and support proposal development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions addressing customer needs.
